About the Project Manager Role

In the role of project manager for charging stations, you will work on developing and maintaining a network of high-quality charging operators for the car manufacturer's customers. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical onboarding, as well as creating and negotiating contracts with Charge Point Operators (CPOs). The role involves close collaboration with several stakeholders both internally and externally.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate technical onboarding and integration of charging operators.
• Identify and contract CPOs based on coverage, quality, and other criteria.
• Ensure the quality of CPO products, including charging equipment and service.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to finalize contracts with CPOs.
• Participate in contract creation regarding product structure, pricing levels, and update frequency.

The work is 100% on-site.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with project management experience, preferably in electric vehicle charging, who thrives in a leadership role with many points of contact. You are a strong communicator with the ability to build long-term relationships and drive development projects forward.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• A degree in business administration, finance, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience. (MBA is a plus.)
• Experience in EV charging and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and services.
• Previous experience from charging operators, energy companies, or similar.
• Project management skills and experience from the transportation industry is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
