About us

Micasa Fastigheter i Stockholm AB is a real estate company that is part of the Stockholm Stadshus AB group.

Our main task is to provide well-managed, safe, and accessible housing for the city's elderly, people with disabilities, and for groups prioritized by the city who have a weak position in the housing market.

Micasa Fastigheter has received an expanded mandate from the City of Stockholm and will need to build and renovate our property portfolio. We are growing as a company, and on this dynamic journey, we face great opportunities! We are now looking for our next receptionist who wants to help build the future of Stockholm.

About the position

The role of receptionist is part of the Customer Service unit within Operational Support, where you report to the Customer Service unit manager. You work in a team together with two receptionists and seven customer service representatives. In the role of receptionist, you are the company's face both outward and inward, and you have a very important role. In addition to staffing the reception, you will work with administrative tasks and service-related issues to ensure a pleasant office environment for the company's employees and others who visit our offices.

Main responsibilities:

  • Staff the reception and take care of both visitors and colleagues
  • Ensure good internal service for a pleasant and functional office environment
  • Ongoing administration for key management for contractors, employees, and tenants
  • Support the internal operations of the company with service-related issues
  • Be responsible for ordering and purchasing office/supply materials and branded clothing
  • Manage our vehicle fleet, including insurance matters
  • Contract follow-up and administrative tasks
  • Support customer service

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school education
  • Experience in reception and facility management
  • Experience working in case management systems
  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Driver's license (B)

It is an advantage to have:

  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Experience working in the property management system Fast2
  • Experience with supplier and contractor contact
  • Experience in key and access management.
  • Language skills in additional languages beyond Swedish and English

The role requires a balance between delivering excellent service and independently acting based on needs and questions. To succeed in the role, you need to have good collaboration skills, as you will be part of the reception team. Together, you strive to provide the best possible service to both external visitors and internal employees who turn to you for support in various matters. The work involves many contact points, varied tasks, and at times a high pace.
