We are looking for a coordinator who wants to take a central role in the management and development work within LSS and SoL, where you will have the opportunity to lead without being a manager. You will act as a team leader and coordinator in your area and be an important link between the unit manager and the work groups. You will work to create security, continuity, and quality in care. The assignment requires an independent, initiative-driven, and methodical approach. You will be physically present in the operations, where you inspire, motivate, and coach to achieve common goals and contribute to a safe and pleasant work environment.
Coordinator for LSS/SoL housing (Parental leave cover)Job Responsibilities- Support the unit manager in coordinating and organizing work according to the quality management system.
- Provide administrative support, manage staffing and scheduling in Heroma
- Participate in follow-up work, self-checks, and method development
- Contribute to ensuring that laws, guidelines, and routines are followed
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding of staff, and team meetings
- Be a resource in user meetings and implementation plans
The position is a parental leave cover for one year with a chance of extension.
Nykvarn Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, and we consider it an advantage if you speak Finnish.
We require you to present a criminal record extract before employment.
QualificationsWe are looking for a responsive, structured, and secure person who enjoys working in a team and driving development work. You have experience in the disability field and good IT skills.
Requirements:
- Education and experience in social work, disability, or psychiatry. We prefer that you have post-secondary education.
- At least two years of experience working in the disability field.
- Experience with autism, low-arousal responses, MI, and sign communication
- Knowledge of social documentation and financial systems.
- Experience in staffing, scheduling, and administration.
- Knowledge of the Working Hours Act, Hök (general regulations, AB).
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
· Experience in supervision or leadership.
