We are now looking for another colleague to join Balder's office in Stockholm, where you, along with engaged colleagues, will work purposefully forward!    About the role  As an HR partner, you will be responsible for supporting our leaders in developing, implementing, and following up on HR processes in the organization. As a consultative and advisory partner, you provide support to our leaders to continuously improve and develop both the organization's and colleagues' performances. Together with your colleagues, we create an engaging workplace where everyone has the conditions to perform in their professional roles. 

You will be involved all the way, from employer branding to exit interviews, and during the journey, you will work with competence development, training, and other HR issues related to, for example, workplace environment issues, labor law issues, etc. The role also includes being involved in recruitment together with our leaders and our recruitment team. 

Our goal is for people to want to work at Balder for many years, and therefore we want to ensure that we have the right people in place and also offer good competence development, good leadership, and a good culture. The role involves a large internal contact area, and you will have several HR colleagues across Sweden.    Who are you?  We know we said it was the world's most fun job, not the easiest…  To succeed in the role, you are driven by a business-oriented and values-driven HR work and place great value on promoting the business with human capital as the foundation.  We believe that you, as an applicant, are unpretentious, analytical, and have the ability to get people on board. The work consists largely of collaboration within the organization and requires the ability to communicate with people to develop workgroups and working methods together. Integrity and the ability to prioritize HR work for the benefit of the organization in close consultation with decision-making leaders are essential.    We are looking for someone with experience in the HR field and who has been involved in development work with leaders or has been a leader in previous positions. The position involves close collaboration with our business area managers and regional managers, and you will report to the management manager.    Location: Stockholm. The position also involves travel to our office in Gothenburg.
