The Department for Permits and School Finances is based in Stockholm.
We are looking for
We are looking for a case officer who wants to work with the processing and assessment of cases at the unit for permit assessment.

Job responsibilities
You will be part of the unit for permit assessment that evaluates applications to start or expand independent schools' operations. Currently, there is work underway to revoke permits that are not utilized.
Your main tasks will include investigating cases related to the revocation of permits that are not utilized. As an investigator, you will independently conduct an investigation that includes gathering, analyzing, and assessing documentation as well as writing and presenting decisions. Compiling information and updating a digital database with current information about permits is also part of the job.
Your work may involve contacts with individual school owners, municipalities, and the public.
Qualifications
You have:
- a university degree or equivalent relevant education
- at least 3 months of current experience in revoking permits.
- good ability to express yourself clearly and correctly in speech and writing
- good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- experience in database administration.
It is advantageous to have:
- experience working at the Swedish Schools Inspectorate.

The position
The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with an immediate start. The scope is full-time. Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis.
