We are now looking for an engaged Office Manager who wants to lead and develop our office in Märsta. Here, you will be offered a central key role where you can combine your interest in leadership, business development, and financial services in a rapidly growing group.

Responsibilities As the Office Manager for our Märsta office, you will play a central role in leading and developing the business. You will be responsible for two team leaders and their teams of a total of 14 employees, ensuring a positive corporate culture and working towards the group's common goals. 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Corporate Culture and Work Environment: Create a pleasant and inspiring workplace where employees feel involved, motivated, and can develop. 
• Leadership: Support and coach team leaders in personnel matters such as development, resource planning, and employee well-being.
• Business Development and Customer Relations: Build long-term relationships with existing clients and attract new assignments in collaboration with Klara Consulting's sales team.
• Results and Budget Responsibility: Be responsible for the office's growth and profitability. 
• Operational Work: Manage a smaller client portfolio in accounting and provide support to employees in their client work. 
• Marketing: Ensure the office's visibility locally and regionally and drive marketing efforts.
• Digitalization and Automation: Drive digitalization and develop smart, automated processes together with colleagues and employees. 

You will report to the regional manager for local offices at Klara Consulting and collaborate with other office managers within the group to strengthen our collective development and success. This role combines leadership, business development, and operational work – perfect for you who want to make a difference!

We are looking for someone who is a relationship-building and attentive leader with the ability to create a positive work environment where everyone thrives and develops. You are business-minded, structured, and have a natural ability to inspire and engage others.

Requirements for the Role:

• Solid knowledge in accounting, preferably from previous work as a consultant or senior economist.
• Experience in personnel management, with a coaching and supportive leadership style.
• A business-driven mindset and a good sense for customer relations.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field  

Practical Information

Start: Upon agreement 

Location: Märsta, on-site with some opportunity for hybrid work 

Employment Type: Full-time permanent with a probationary period

Salary: Fixed according to agreement
