About the role

As an accountant at Agima, you will be a key person in our finance team and work closely with our CFO. The role is broad and includes both accounting and administration related to personnel and assignments. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility and broaden your knowledge while receiving support to grow.

Examples of tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and invoicing
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Monthly closing, account reconciliations, and group reporting
• VAT and tax declarations
• Annual closing
• Administration of salaries, timesheets, and expenses
• Prepare materials for reporting
• Support in creating structure and quality in internal routines and processes
• Some office services (e.g., travel bookings, conference support, and purchasing office supplies)

We are facing a change of accounting system, and you will be part of that work.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in finance
• Several years of experience in accounting and closing
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Visma or similar accounting systems
• Preferable experience from the consulting industry

You are meticulous, responsible, and confident in your skills, with an eye for detail. You appreciate order and structure but are flexible when circumstances change. You thrive on variety in your daily work, are unpretentious, and are happy to contribute to the whole and help where you can.
