We are looking for a nurse educator with a genuine interest in education and development.
You will have a comprehensive role where organizational development and skills development are the focus. The role includes planning, implementing, and following up on education for licensed personnel and nursing staff.
The position is divided approximately 50% as a nurse educator and about 50% in our resource group that works across our entire operation. There are two nurse educators at about 50% each.
The role also includes
- Regular tasks within municipal primary care.
- Perform medical actions.
- Work closely with nursing staff, unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues, as well as the medically responsible nurse.
- Participate in the development of close care work.
We expect you to contribute your expertise along with your colleagues and work towards a good work environment.
We are looking for someone who
- Is confident in your role as a nurse.
- Is flexible and has a structured approach to work.
- Has a high degree of pedagogical ability.
- Has a positive demeanor and excellent collaboration skills.
- Is creative and enjoys planning and implementing educational initiatives.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a nurse educator. Experience in nursing work within municipal care and support is also advantageous.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Qualifications
- Licensed nurse
- Driving license B
Permanent employment 100% scheduled daytime Monday-Friday including public holidays
Conditions
For positions where a license/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title is required, this must be submitted before employment.
Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.
Employment is subject to the necessary decisions being made. For positions that involve direct and regular contact with children and young people, as well as for operations within LSS, care and support, health and medical care, psychiatric care, and addiction treatment, a valid extract from the police criminal record must be presented or submitted before employment.
