About the job

We are looking for a nurse for a temporary position in our internal resource group.

We offer an independent job where you work in a team with assessments and execution of medical measures and nursing interventions. The work in the resource group is varied and flexible. The main task is to support the patient-responsible nurses during high workloads and short-term absences. You may also be placed in a home care group for a shorter period.

In our organization, there is a good atmosphere and collaboration. You work closely with your colleagues and collaborate to create and maintain good relationships.

The resource group works daytime Monday to Friday and two weekends over ten weeks, with evening shifts during the weekend shifts.

Job responsibilities

  • Regular tasks within municipal primary care.
  • Work independently and in a team with assessments and interventions.
  • Perform medical measures.
  • Delegate and supervise nursing staff.
  • Work closely with nursing staff, unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues.
  • Be involved in developing the work with close care.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is confident in your role as a nurse.

  • Has good collaboration skills.
  • Is flexible and has a structured working method and is used to working independently.
  • Has a good demeanor and contributes to creating a good work environment.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

  • Licensed nurse.
  • Several years of experience as a nurse.
  • Driver's license (B).

It is an advantage if you have experience in municipal health and medical care. It is also an advantage if you are a district nurse or have another relevant specialist nursing degree.

Conditions

For positions where a license/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare for protected professional title is required, this must be submitted before employment.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.

Employment is subject to the necessary decisions being made. For positions where the work involves direct and regular contact with children and adolescents, as well as for activities within LSS, care and nursing, health and medical care, psychiatric care, and addiction care, a valid extract from the police criminal record must be presented or submitted before employment.
