The Health and Care Administration, with approximately 1500 employees, is one of the administrations in Mölndal Municipality and includes elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health care.

The health care sector focuses on development, competence, and increased quality as part of the transition to Good and Close Care. The municipal health care system faces significant challenges, and we need to prepare for the increasing need for care as the population ages. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse working night shifts, you will independently be responsible for planning, assessing, executing, and following up on health care interventions for patients within the entire health care system.

Working alone may occur, which means you need to be able to work independently at night. You will work scheduled night shifts from 21:30 to 07:30.

The employment is at 85% and the weekly working hours are 33 hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse, and if you have specialist training in a relevant area, it is an advantage. Experience in municipal health care and familiarity with the Treserva journal system is also considered a merit.

For the position, you must be able to act independently based on what the situation requires without needing support from others, and you have the ability to make independent decisions within the scope of your assignment.

You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role, you start from everyone's equal value, and you have the user's needs as the basis for your actions. We also see that you are collaborative and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. By being interested and creating understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work environment.

You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing, and you adapt your communication according to the recipient and situation. Furthermore, you are attentive and listen to others in order to understand their needs. You listen and are receptive to others' opinions and perspectives.

A driver's license is required for the position, and you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Basic computer skills are also required.
