You will work alongside a close-knit team where communication and collaboration are key. As a nurse, you are responsible for setting goals, planning, leading, and following up on care in consultation with the patient and care staff. The assignments are carried out as home visits across a variety of residences where you assess both mental and somatic conditions.

Our patients' needs for healthcare vary from preventive to advanced care, contributing to a diverse and stimulating work environment. We focus on providing person-centered care, and you are an important person in many patients' daily lives. You will primarily work day shifts with weekend and evening shifts. As our operations are under development, there is an opportunity for you as an employee to influence working methods and approaches. About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with prior experience in the field. You are a stable and secure nurse with a passion for working in healthcare and support services. You are independent in your work but also value the importance of collaboration and effective communication with your colleagues and patients. You are structured and have the ability to organize your work efficiently, contributing to high-quality care. It is advantageous if you have experience in municipal health and care and/or with patients with disabilities. We also expect you to have a B driver's license.
