In your permanent position, you will have a working time of 38.25, which means work on call. While you have assignments as a coordinating nurse, there is an opportunity to work during the day, Monday to Friday.

As a nurse with a coordination assignment, you will be a key person in the team, with the opportunity to influence and develop the work. You are an important part of our efforts to create structure, patient safety, and good care planning. You are a reliable colleague and a support for the team in questions regarding prioritization and distribution of work.

Furthermore, you will support the unit manager and colleagues in areas such as:

• Prioritization, distribution, and competence planning of work based on patient safety, available resources, and care load.
• Guide colleagues in structured working methods and collaborate on complex patient cases.
• Collaborate with the unit manager in planning introductions and identifying competence development needs.
• Contribute to the development of the operation through digitization and new working methods.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with solid experience in the profession. It is advantageous if you have specialist training in; dementia, district, or elderly care and have experience in municipal health and medical care. You have good digital competence and are comfortable using various systems, with an interest in how digitization can contribute to business development. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have a B driver's license.

To fit in the role, we see that you can independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. You are reliable, structured, and have the ability to support the team in daily work. It is important that you are attentive and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is stable in your professional role, enjoys change work, and can be a positive force in the team. Your reliability in both communication and planning makes you a natural support function for your colleagues.
