Together we develop Sahlgrenska University Hospital for a sustainable future

We are transforming healthcare with the goal of becoming Europe’s leading university hospital by 2032. Together with patients, we work for quality, accessibility, patient safety, research, education, and innovation – in a cohesive healthcare system in the Västra Götaland region. Our vision and goals aim for care of the highest quality, where the patient is always in focus. We offer healthcare locally and regionally, but also highly specialized care to patients across the country and abroad. Our employees are our strength and contribute to knowledge exchange nationally and internationally. With digital tools and new working methods, we can simplify everyday life at the hospital and offer modern, accessible, and efficient care of the highest quality.

A new clinic in BUP’s healthcare transformation

The ADHD clinic for children is a new digiphysical clinic within BUP Sahlgrenska. It is responsible for the initiation and medical follow-up of ADHD treatment for children and adolescents. BUP’s outpatient care conducts the initial assessment, and patients who meet given criteria – for example, without other psychiatric diagnoses or a family history of heart disease – can be referred here.

The clinic is located on Drottninggatan in Gothenburg and collaborates closely with the regional assessment clinic. The operation has research ties and offers good opportunities to follow developments in the field. We are a dedicated team focused on quality, accessibility, and innovation.
