The Care and Social Services department is responsible for elderly care in Stenungsund Municipality. The home care provided is regulated by law and primarily governed by the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HsL). With a focus on the individual, services are implemented through assistance to those in need of help and support at home, special accommodations, temporary short-term placements, and personal assistance. All instances in the chain contribute to qualitative and safe care for our care recipients.

There are three nursing homes in Stenungsund Municipality: Tallåsen, Hällebäck, and Pressaregården. This application pertains to Pressaregården, which is a care home.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work nights at our facility Pressaregården.

We offer a permanent part-time position, where you will work nights. This is a position for those who enjoy night work and want to be part of a varied work environment where you can contribute.

As a nursing assistant, you will perform standard tasks within elderly care. We work person-centered, where you consider each care recipient's individual needs and circumstances.

You will work based on contact person assignments and implementation plans, and collaborate closely with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff and nurses. The job includes documentation and performing health and medical tasks by delegation.

The positions are permanent part-time, and working hours will be scheduled at night.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education and experience in care work. You have good computer skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in elderly care is an advantage, as it gives you a good understanding of the target group and the needs of the operation. We also see knowledge in documentation and familiarity with the tools BPSD, IBIC, and LifeCare as advantageous.

Furthermore, we see that you want to work with development and have a solution-focused mindset, enjoy working in a team where the individual is at the center.
