JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a chiropractor at De La Rua Effect, you will work with the entire care chain: examination, clinical assessment, treatment, and follow-up. Each patient has an hour of appointment time, which means you can work methodically, write journals, and create a safe and personal experience.

You will encounter a varied patient group: from people who train at the gym or not, work physically, work in offices, or ordinary people with recurring pain issues. You will be involved both in clinical work and in developing the clinic together with your colleagues. Examples of job responsibilities:

• Clinical examination and assessment

• Manual treatments and rehabilitative exercises

• Record keeping and patient follow-up

• Relationship-building patient work

• Participate in content work (with team support)

• Contribute to the clinic's development and expansion

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, driven, and genuinely motivated to help people achieve a pain-free life. You thrive in a personal work environment, want to build something long-term, and see the value in giving each patient time, quality, and commitment.

This position is particularly suitable for those at the beginning of their careers or with a few years of experience. Licensing is not a requirement, as the clinic has both the experience and the opportunity to educate and develop the right person. Important for the job:

• High work ethic and willingness to develop

• Good ability to create safety and a professional approach

• Openness to working in front of the camera and creating content

Requirements:

• Degree as a chiropractor

• Good Swedish in spoken and written form

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as a chiropractor is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by De La Rua Effect, and the setup can be adapted to the right person. There is also the possibility of future ownership shares, where you can buy into the company and help build the clinic further.
