Main Responsibilities and Tasks

With us, you will be part of a cheerful and engaged team where collaboration and well-being are in focus.

You will have the opportunity for varied tasks, use your full competence, and influence your work environment. We strive to develop the business forward and often participate in pilot projects for new working methods.

As a dental nurse with us, you will meet patients of all ages and be an integral part of the team, because together we are strong. The tasks include assisting in treatments, independent patient work such as prophylaxis, onboarding, and oral health advice, as well as work in sterilization and reception.

Competence Requirements and Profile

• Qualified dental nurse with education from MYH (The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education).
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to independently manage administration.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely.
• Ability to give a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do.
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner.
• Contribute to the development of the business by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work.

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 3-4.

Folktandvården Västra Götalandsregionen conducts checks in suspicion and criminal records before employment.
