When Health Partille health center is centrally located in Partille, just east of Gothenburg.

From central Gothenburg, it takes about 10 minutes by train. We have around 11,200 registered patients that reflect the district's demographics with a variety of cultures, socioeconomics, and ages.

We are a competent and well-knit staff group that has good cooperation and everyone is involved in the development of the health center. About the job

Your tasks at the health center span a wide range of work and cover the general medical field where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You will be part of a team with doctors, nurses, psychologists, and nursing assistants.

The work takes place through both acute and planned activities. Close cooperation occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, where there is an opportunity for guidance and support.

About you

You are a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in primary care, but we also welcome you as a newly graduated nurse.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a willingness to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and for you, it is a matter of course to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

The position is a temporary contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

About the recruitment process

The selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
