We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference!

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

At Folktandvården Skara, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full competence while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your duties will include:

• Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Conducting both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, as well as some emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.

At Folktandvården Skara, we offer you a stimulating and challenging job. We are located in the heart of Skara in a beautiful and well-maintained clinic with 10 treatment rooms and a total of 19 employees. Here, you will find panoramic X-ray, impression scanners, and equipment for remote consultations. The clinic is characterized by a good atmosphere, community, and helpfulness. We are looking for a dentist who wants to grow with us.

In pleasant Skara, in the heart of Skaraborg, the dental care is located in the center next to the city's pride, the cathedral. We have a large customer base of children and adults and need to expand our capabilities to assist everyone who seeks our services.

As a dentist, a market salary supplement of 5000:-/month will be provided when you work at our clinic. We also support you in finding housing in Skara.

Qualifications and Profile

• Licensed dentist, preferably with a few years of practical experience.
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry.
• Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely.
• Ability to maintain a stable and calm demeanor even when there is a lot to do.
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
