About the Job

Gothenburg Heart Clinic is a private outpatient clinic that has been in operation for 17 years.

We perform heart investigations and checks on patients in need of specialist assessment. Our patients mainly come through referrals from the Västra Götaland region and other counties or via health insurance from insurance companies.

You will be part of a team with several different professional categories. Currently, the clinic employs four full-time cardiologists and five part-time cardiologists. The team also includes two nurses, two biomedical analysts, two nursing assistants, and two secretaries.

You will have close collaboration with all professional categories at the clinic; together we form a competent and cohesive team.

As a biomedical analyst with us, you will have a varied role with both patient contact and collaboration across professional boundaries. You will contribute to important diagnostic work in a constantly evolving organization.

Your tasks will include:

● Work at the clinic with UCG

● Perform examinations such as long-term ECG, exercise ECG, 24-hour blood pressure, carotid Doppler, ABI

● Conduct sampling

● Be responsible for administrative work

● Participate in other activities at the clinic

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

● Are fluent in Swedish in both written and spoken form

● Have BMA certification in clinical physiology

● Have several years of experience in cardiology

● Have experience performing examinations independently

It is also an advantage if you have:

● Experience working with the WebDoc journal system

● Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
