You will play an important role in the interaction with staff, students, and external parties. You are part of the administrative support for preschool and primary school, in close contact with school management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your task will be to ensure that the administrative part of the school functions efficiently and service-oriented. You will work with IT-based operational systems regarding children, students, and staff in preschool and primary school. You will also work with cross-functional administrative tasks such as personnel administration, financial follow-up, and student registration.

The workplace is the preschool and primary school administration, Sollefteå municipality, located in Långsele/Helgum.

The position is filled subject to the necessary decisions being made.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant education or experience in similar work. You have good computer skills and are used to working with various operational systems. Since you will work closely with the school principal, it is advantageous if you have previously worked with administrative tasks within preschool and school.

The ability to prioritize correctly, create structure, and be service-oriented are important qualities. You should have a strong sense of service, be flexible and meticulous, and have good collaboration skills. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. Since Sollefteå municipality is large in area and you may work in different locations, a B driver's license is required.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
