Consultant Assignment – Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a meticulous and self-driven accounting assistant for a full-time assignment with one of our clients in Sundsvall. The assignment starts immediately and lasts until August 31, 2026, with placement at the client's office.

About the Role

You will be part of an accounting team that supports several companies in ongoing financial operations. The work is conducted on-site, and you will have access to clear routines and support from experienced colleagues.

Examples of Responsibilities

  • Payments and bank reconciliations
  • Cash handling
  • Ongoing bookkeeping
  • Debt collection
  • Service via phone and email to managers and leaders within the group
  • Documentation for year-end closing and audits

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with 3-4 years of experience as an accounting assistant or equivalent, who confidently handles debit/credit and ongoing accounting. You are meticulous, unpretentious, and thrive in a supportive and stable team. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement. Experience with Kobra, Unit4, or Medius is an advantage.

About the Assignment

  • Start immediately
  • Scope: full-time, daytime Monday–Friday
  • On-site in Sundsvall

You will be employed by Rutinera and work as a consultant for the client.
