Security Clearance Specialist at Recway

We are growing and looking for more security clearance specialists who want to work closely with our clients. With us, you will play a central role in ensuring that the right people have access to classified information – thereby protecting some of Sweden's most sensitive operations.

About the Role

As a security clearance specialist at Recway, you will:

• Conduct qualified security clearance interviews according to the Security Protection Act
• Analyze information to assess loyalty, reliability, and vulnerability
• Lead conversations with structure and focus – without missing crucial details
• Formulate clear conclusions and recommendations for our clients' security organizations
• Create trust and security even in sensitive conversations

The interviews primarily take place in person, which means that travel within Sweden is a natural part of the job.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with documented experience in security clearances or other qualified conversations. You are accustomed to analyzing complex information and have a natural ability to see the bigger picture.

With integrity, communicative strength, and the ability to build trust, you succeed in creating security even in sensitive situations.

We would like you to:

• Have good judgment and can distinguish the essential from the non-essential
• Be self-driven and confident in making your own decisions
• Be used to collaborating in environments with high confidentiality requirements
• Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, and can express yourself clearly and professionally
• Have an easy time building relationships and creating trust

Preferred Experience:

• Military, intelligence operations, HR, journalism, or social work

You will be based in Gothenburg or Stockholm, but travel within Sweden occurs regularly.
