We are looking for a legal investigator in social law for the Welfare Administration in Örnsköldsvik!

You will work strategically, proactively, and closely with both operations and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

The role of a legal investigator in social law involves supporting the administration's operations in their questions and issues related to social law, health and medical care, LSS, and contract law. You will conduct training for the operations in these areas. You will be at the forefront, monitoring upcoming legislation in the field, drafting proposals for the welfare committee, and assisting the committee in responding to consultations.

You will contribute to and work proactively with various functions within the administration's operations to establish and manage contracts, ensuring correct handling and follow-up of these. You will work closely with other investigators and business developers. You will participate in and prepare documentation for procurements that are carried out and ensure that contract follow-ups are conducted during ongoing contract periods. You will help develop a sound contract culture in the administration together with other supportive functions.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the committee's fee models, calculations, and adjustments of fees in consultation with the administration's fee handlers. You will also manage the administration's negotiations regarding rents with the tenants' association and be responsible for developing models and routines in this area.

Together with other functions within the administration, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing the committee's operational plan and following up on it.

Qualifications

You have an academic education in law or another area that the employer deems sufficient. Experience in the field of social law is a requirement. We also expect you to have good knowledge of legislation in health and medical care as well as in the area of support for people with disabilities. Experience in contract management and rental law (Land Code) is an advantage.

Experience in politically governed operations is an advantage. You are comfortable working in digital work environments and are proficient in relevant tools, such as Microsoft 365.

As a person, you are positive, collaborative, and can work independently. You communicate clearly and have the ability to act objectively and professionally. You are used to taking personal responsibility and initiatives that lead to expected results. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
