Business Developer for the Crime Prevention Department

Bolagsverket has recently strengthened its crime prevention efforts through a new department focusing on the authority's contribution to the collective societal work against economic crime. The department is currently in a phase of establishment where you have the opportunity to help shape structures, working methods, and roles in an important and exciting development project.

The Crime Prevention Department is responsible for Bolagsverket's crime prevention work. This includes setting requirements for control systems in the rest of the organization to ensure quality and accuracy, managing and identifying deviations, and analyzing and addressing risks. In addition, the department is responsible for quality assurance and registration of company information.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now strengthening our work with two driven business developers for our crime prevention department.

The department is under construction, and as an employee, you have the opportunity to be part of the transformation journey that the authority has begun.

As a business developer in our crime prevention department, you will work to drive and lead Bolagsverket's business development based on customer and operational needs, with a crime prevention holistic perspective.

The department consists of five units: two control units, two units for company dissolution, and one unit working on the establishment of a coordinated register control in connection with procurement.

The positions are located in one of the control units and one of the units for company dissolution. As a business developer, you may also have assignments in other units within the department.

As a business developer with us, you will:

• lead and coordinate development assignments, from exploratory phases to implementation, including IT development
• be responsible for the overall implementation of assignments - from preparing decision materials and planning to resource and competence assurance
• collaborate with other authorities to develop common methods, working practices, and regulatory applications in the crime prevention area
• drive and implement business and service development in agile teams with various competencies such as business specialists, business and IT architects, lawyers, and developers
• actively work with innovation in business and service development
• contribute to the unit's tactical and operational forums and work with the unit's needs in line with Bolagsverket's vision

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for someone who is:

• structured; you organize and plan your work well, work methodically, and meet deadlines
• results-oriented; you set goals and can change direction based on those goals. You take initiative and start activities needed to achieve results
• confident; you are a person of integrity. You stand firm in your own opinions and in the execution of your assignments
• solution-oriented; you quickly find solutions to emerging problems and open up to new perspectives

You also need a high degree of flexibility, collaboration skills, and initiative to drive your assignments.

In this role, you need to have:

• an academic degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, law, social sciences, or systems science) or equivalent knowledge and experience deemed relevant by the employer
• several years of current experience in leading, driving, and implementing business development within government or the public sector
• experience in developing various working methods and leading different types of change processes
• experience working as a requirements setter for development teams with an IT focus, for example as a product owner
• experience with agile working methods
• very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically to different target groups, both orally and in writing

We consider it an advantage if you also have:

• experience working according to changed legal requirements and legal assessments
• experience in service design or similar design and development work focused on user experience
