The Habilitation Reception is aimed at individuals with permanent disabilities caused by congenital/acquired diseases and injuries to the central nervous system, developmental disabilities, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders. With our efforts, we aim to reduce the difficulties that disabilities can cause in daily life, create conditions for a good life, and participation in society. Approximately 100 employees work within the county clinic. In your role as a medical secretary with us, you will become an important part of the organization and have a varied job in close collaboration with your colleagues and other staff in our operations.

We are now looking for a medical secretary to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting on 2026-03-01 or by agreement.

Medical Secretary for the Habilitation Reception, Sollefteå Job Responsibilities

The work is varied and may change over time depending on the needs and design of the organization. You will work with:

  • Journal documentation and other handling of journal documents
  • Mail and referral management and participation in referral conferences
  • Phone hours
  • Invoice management
  • Ordering of goods
  • Cash registration and cash reconciliation
  • Booking of patient visits
  • Documentation from referral conferences

Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Additional InformationQualifications

We are looking for someone who

  • Is an educated medical secretary or will complete your education shortly
  • Has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you

  • Have experience working with the previous system System Cross
  • Have experience working in the current journal system Cosmic
