We are now looking for an engaged and driven HR Generalist for one of our clients in Sundsvall. Do you enjoy working broadly within HR, supporting managers and employees, and contributing to a positive work environment? Then this could be the right next step for you!

About the role

As an HR Generalist, you will have a varied and developing role where you work both operationally and supportively with HR-related issues. You will be an important support for leaders in the organization while working closely with employees in daily HR tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support managers in personnel and labor law issues
  • Manage recruitment processes and onboarding
  • Assist in workplace environment work and rehabilitation processes
  • Drive HR administrative tasks, such as contracts, personnel records, and reporting
  • Contribute to the development of routines, processes, and policies
  • Participate in HR projects and organizational development initiatives
We are looking for someone who
  • Has a post-secondary education in HR, human resource management, or equivalent
  • Has at least 1–3 years of experience in broad HR work
  • Is self-driven, structured, and has a good ability to prioritize
  • Enjoys working in a changing environment
  • Has good communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Has a professional and service-oriented attitude
