About the job
As a business developer with us, you will be a key person in scaling up our agile working methods and creating structure, methodology, and support that makes a difference in the everyday lives of our teams, managers, and employees. You will be responsible for developing processes, building training programs, and ensuring that our teams receive the close and active support needed for us to drive development forward together.
Examples of tasks:
- Further develop processes and create routines that support the agile working method
- Develop methodological support and training materials and conduct training sessions
- Provide active and close support to agile teams, for example by facilitating meetings and workshops
- Implement tools that support the agile approach, such as Jira and Confluence
- Transform the needs of the organization into practical support in the form of methods or training
About you
To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have the following competencies, knowledge, and experience:
Experience and knowledge – requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development within public administration in the last 5 years
- Very good experience in implementing agile approaches in a government agency
- Experience of having worked according to agile methods and ceremonies
- Very good experience in implementing tools that support the agile approach, such as Jira and Confluence
- Very good experience in understanding the needs of the organization and transforming them into support in the form of, for example, methodological support or training
- Very good experience in providing active and close support to teams, such as facilitating meetings and workshops
- Knowledge in developing methodological support and training materials
- Knowledge of agile methods and ceremonies
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Education
Academic education with a relevant focus or equivalent experience that the employer deems relevant.

About Digg
Digg is an authority that works broadly to support and coordinate the digitization of the Swedish public administration. We develop digital infrastructure and services that help other public actors in their digitization. We also ensure that digital public services are accessible to all.
Merger of Digg and PTS
The budget proposal for 2026 states that Digg and the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) will merge to create a strengthened authority for digitization issues. The budget will be decided by the parliament in December. After that, both authorities are expected to be tasked with preparing and implementing a merger, which should be completed by January 1, 2027. Our work to digitize Sweden continues, and we hope you want to be part of the journey.

Digg's headquarters is located in central Sundsvall in modern activity-based premises. We also have a smaller and modern office in central Stockholm. We are positively inclined to allow for remote work based on the needs of the organization and the individual, but it is expected that you will be in the office at least one day a week and when work requires it. The extent of remote work varies between individuals based on the needs of the organization.

- Permanent employment with a start date according to agreement; the employment may begin with a six-month probationary period
