JONSSON is a market-leading manufacturer in Sweden of mobile crushers and screening plants. We also have a large international market, including Norway, Germany, and Australia. We manufacture our products from design to finished machines at our facility in Billsta, Örnsköldsvik. Our products are known for their high quality and robust performance. We have been building crushing plants since the 1970s and today we employ 70 people.

Since 2018, we have been part of the Metso group but continue to sell our products under the name Jonsson. Together with Metso, we focus heavily on sustainability.

About the Position

As our new HR Generalist, you will be a key person in our operations. You will work with the entire chain of operational HR tasks. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, personnel administration, policy compliance, and providing support in matters related to workplace environment, labor law, and union collaboration. The role serves as a hub between employees, managers, and other parts of the organization - supporting both strategic and operational needs. You will also work as a management support, with employer branding and salary review matters. Competence development and change management are also important issues that will be on your desk. In our company, the HR function and finance department work very closely together.

In this role, you will be part of Metso's Scandinavian HR team and report directly to the Scandinavian HR manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a relevant higher education degree in HR or personnel science. You have worked with HR issues for a few years and feel confident in an operational role, leading HR matters with clarity and integrity. This could be a natural next step in your career, where you take on a larger, comprehensive responsibility. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. We would also like you to be interested in working towards digitalization within the HR field. Experience working in a manufacturing industry is a plus.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, flexible, and thrive in a role with many contact points. You are unpretentious, curious, and enjoy contributing energy and engagement. You work independently, take initiative, and are also a team player who takes responsibility for shared results. Integrity is an important part of your values, and you are principled and keep your promises. A driver's license is required.
