We are looking for a Resource Planner with daily planning tasks for our unit.

With the support of daily planning, we assist users in their homes with services during the day and evening. Your workplace is currently in Anundsjö. We welcome your application!

Responsibilities

Administrative work in close collaboration with the unit manager and its workgroup. The work consists of planning the day based on the needs of the citizen, with a focus on economic considerations and decided services. The job also involves collaborating with other unit managers, resource planners, and employees, as well as having contact with users and relatives in your work. In the role of resource planner, you work in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and routines that govern the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is independent and has experience in daily planning, administrative work in municipal operations, or other experience/education that the employer deems sufficient. Experience working in Medvind and Life Care Planning is an advantage.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor. You are resilient to stress and enjoy working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while being able to quickly adapt to changing conditions. You have a holistic perspective and are open to change.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability for the position.

A valid driver's license (category B) and access to a car are required.
