Job Responsibilities
As a customer service employee, you will play a central role in providing the best possible service to the company's customers. You will answer questions via incoming calls and guide customers on issues related to insurance with a focus on life and long-term savings. You will create added value for customers through sales and offer a comprehensive solution that contributes to life's security throughout life. Over time, you will learn to meet customers through our digital channels. The company is on an exciting transformation journey where you, as a customer service employee, have the chance to develop, broaden your skills, and eventually transition into other roles within different parts of the organization.
Qualifications
We believe that you who apply for the position of customer service representative understand customer value and act in the best interest of both the customer and the company. You have a desire to constantly learn more and develop your skills in the insurance field. You enjoy working both individually and in a team and are driven by working towards set goals. To thrive in the role, we also believe it is important that you have your own drive, are service-oriented, and solution-focused.
We also see that you:
- Have completed a high school education
- Have good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
- Have the ability to absorb new information and apply it in daily work
- Strive to develop your skills
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
If you have previous experience in the insurance industry, we consider it an advantage, but it is not a requirement for the position. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

Extent: part-time 25%
Salary: individual salary setting (Collective agreement Unionen)
