We are looking for experienced salespeople who are self-driven and motivated by high rewards from their own results.

Villakompetens in Sweden AB is growing and is now seeking driven salespeople! We specialize in roof replacements and drainage – and perform inspections of attics and foundations – for private homeowners across Sweden. We help homeowners protect and improve their homes with high-quality solutions, and we want you to be part of our success journey.

About the role

As a salesperson with us, you will be out among customers and drive the entire process yourself – from prospecting and customer meetings to closing and follow-up. You will become an expert in roofs, drainage, and inspections of attics and foundations, helping homeowners find the solutions that best suit their homes. The role is flexible and varied – sometimes during the day, sometimes evenings and weekends – all to meet customers when it suits them.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is driven, self-sufficient, and wants to win business.
  • Has experience in field sales, preferably within construction or home-related services.
  • Enjoys taking initiative and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Has a valid driver's license (B).
