Procurement Specialist / Contract Specialist at Din Tur

Din Tur is the Public Transport Authority's travel concept and brand in Västernorrland County, owned by members which include Region Västernorrland and the county's seven municipalities. Our offerings include bus, taxi, train traffic, special transport, and medical travel. We increase accessibility by creating efficient and sustainable travel with a focus on safety. Do you have experience in public procurement and are looking for a role where you can work strategically and take overall responsibility? At Din Tur, you will lead procurements that affect the everyday lives of thousands of people. About the role

As a procurement specialist with us, you will work with the entire procurement chain – from analysis and planning to implementation, contracts, and follow-up. You will work according to LOU and in close collaboration with buyers, suppliers, and internal experts.

Examples of tasks:

• lead and conduct procurements
• support the organization in procurement and contract issues
• ensure business-like, sustainable, and legally secure processes
• develop routines and working methods
• conduct contract follow-ups and manage orders

Who are you?

You are strategic, business-minded, and confident in your assessments. You work in a structured manner, analyze complex issues, and enjoy engaging in dialogue with others.

We are looking for someone who has:

• an academic degree or equivalent experience
• experience in public procurement according to LOU
• experience in independently leading procurement projects
• experience in conducting contract follow-ups
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious:

• experience from municipal or regional sectors
• orders on framework agreements
• work according to LUF
• SUA
