About the Role

Ipsos is looking for a Project Coordinator for our team within the Operations department in Härnösand. You will lead and drive projects in direct communication with clients, colleagues, respondents, and suppliers to ensure that the management of field projects is carried out with good quality within given time frames. As a Project Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, administer, and follow up on all details along the way and implement new routines as needed to make the process better and more efficient.

We expect you to be a social team player who is structured, meticulous, and detail-oriented with the ability to foresee and predict what comes next. At the same time, you need to be flexible and open to changes as they are guaranteed to occur. You embrace new technology where AI is the new norm. You are not afraid to work hard to meet deadlines and your personal goals.

• Relevant higher education, preferably in business administration or statistics
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite, ability to work with numbers is essential

• At least five years of relevant work experience.
