Job Description

As a District Account Manager, you will engage with existing and potential B2B customers in Northern Sweden. You will be responsible for growth/development and profitability for the district, which includes budget, sales, and pricing. You will be part of a sales team working towards both the construction and industrial & advertising segments, consisting of district sales representatives and technical inside salespeople, and you will have a very close collaboration with our product and marketing organization. Your customers will be represented across several segments, including plastic processors, printing companies, glaziers, construction companies, contractors, and specifying leads such as architects and consulting firms in the construction and industrial trade. A significant part of the role also involves engaging with the reseller segment within the construction trade. To succeed as a District Account Manager at gop, it is essential to have the ability to take on a consultative role in sales, where you challenge and propose the best solution based on the customer's business and needs.

Being able to sell and implement our various products and concepts will become an important part of your daily routine, and you will continuously work on visiting and educating our customers and partners. As a District Account Manager, you have overall responsibility and budget responsibility for sales within the district and drive the entire sales process, from engaging existing customers to identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that the deal is closed. The position is based from your home office, and we prefer that you live in or near Sundsvall, Härnösand, or Umeå. You report to the Sales Manager. Travel and overnight stays are expected, estimated at about 2 nights per week for customer visits, customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings.



Who are you?

To succeed as a salesperson, you have a strong drive and are a pronounced competitor who is passionate about achieving good results. You are structured, goal-oriented, and have a business-minded and customer-oriented approach. You should have experience in proactive B2B sales, and it is highly meritorious if you have experience in similar customer segments. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and easily find new ways to develop the business. You are computer literate and proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
