Tactical Buyer in Series Production

BAE Systems Hägglunds in Örnsköldsvik is in an expansive phase due to new billion-dollar contracts!

We now need to strengthen our team with a tactical buyer for series production in the welding workshop.

We are looking for someone who is driven to work with purchasing, focusing on optimizing so that the right items are ordered at the right time.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Analyze and order materials for our products with SAP as support.
• Monitor order confirmations and deliveries to ensure they occur on time.
• Follow up with suppliers.
• Handle complaints and exemption requests to/from suppliers.
• Replan orders.

Reporting will be to the head of preparation/planning/purchasing.

Who You Are

We believe you have a relevant education in the field and experience. Experience in purchasing from the manufacturing industry is an advantage. You have good knowledge of planning, purchasing, and material flows. We see that you have experience with some business system. Since we are an international corporation, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

As a person, you are structured and have a high drive. You find it easy to collaborate and also enjoy working independently. You are a problem solver who works in a service-oriented and goal-directed manner.
