Our workplace

At our office in Sundsvall, approximately 75 employees work, and we are located at Badhusparken 1. Together we work towards common goals and can always count on each other's support in our work. Job description

As a Job Coach, you will focus on job seekers and employers, and you will be an important support for them, making a difference every day. A central part of the job is to inform and communicate about the Employment Agency's mission, services, and rights and obligations. The job requires curiosity and the ability to make the difficult simple.

Through conversations, you will map competencies, support needs, and suggest concrete measures. This may include guidance, training initiatives, or the development of job search strategies. You are expected to stay updated on the labor market and employers' recruitment needs.

Our offer

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may start with a six-month probationary period. The place of employment is Sundsvall.

Basic requirements for the position

  • University/college education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
  • Alternatively, you have been employed as a job coach at the Employment Agency and are assessed to have good conditions to meet today's requirements for job coaches
  • At least 2 years of work experience, collectively working at least 50 percent for a total of 2 years
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, that is, good ability to communicate in speech and writing, as well as high reading comprehension
  • Driving license B

Other merits for the position

  • Experience and knowledge of collaboration with other actors, such as authorities, municipalities, partners, employers
  • Experience of providing support and service via phone and digital channels
  • Work experience in interpreting and applying regulations
  • Work experience in guidance and coaching
