We are now seeking a driven HR and payroll administrator who wants to work in an exciting and developing environment with us.

About the role

As an HR and payroll administrator, you will work closely with both managers and employees in operations. You will focus on personnel administration and payroll management for approximately 450 employees. In addition to your main tasks, there is room for personal development within HR, such as recruitment, labor law, workplace environment, and participation in ongoing HR projects.

You will work centrally and support all companies within the group. The position is a permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period. You will have our headquarters on Vasagatan in Stockholm as your workplace and report to the company's HR Manager.

Main responsibilities

• Work with and manage all companies' payroll processes.
• Reporting to various authorities, issuing employer certificates, managing statistical reporting to, among others, SCB and the Swedish Business Association.
• Manage tax deductions, benefits, insurance, wage subsidies, vacation year changes, and other payroll-related issues.
• Wage mapping, administer and analyze in consultation with those involved.
• Ensure personnel administration in HR systems such as employment contracts, changes, and approvals.
• Support and assist operations in active scheduling.
• Administer ongoing payroll and HR statistics.

About You

We are looking for someone with relevant experience and education in payroll management and HR issues. You should have worked with the entire payroll chain, from payroll calculation and reporting to handling taxes and benefits. Experience working with both collective and salaried employees is preferred, and if you also have experience in HR and payroll work within the restaurant industry, that is a plus.

Experience with the systems Caspeco and Quinyx is preferred.
