Do you want to work in a strategic and responsible role where you contribute to efficient space supply, sustainable property management, and long-term value creation? We are now looking for an experienced Property Manager for a critical community operation within the energy and industrial sector.

About the role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

Space supply within the assigned geographical area

Management of properties with full budget, result, and quality responsibility

Ensuring the long-term value, function, and efficiency of the properties

You will be part of a regional RE&FM team along with specialists in both technical and service-oriented management.

 

Your responsibilities and work content

You will work broadly and independently with, among other things:

  •  Lease agreements (first and second-hand contracts): new agreements, renegotiation, termination

  •  Market analysis and space searching

  • Valuation, insurance, taxation, purchase, and sale

  •  Condition inspections upon access and handover

  •  Tenant adaptations and space development projects

  •  Budget work (OpEx & CapEx), follow-up of rental outcomes and costs

  • Energy optimization, emissions, and HSE

  • Maintenance and management plans

  • Coordination of contractors during renovations and maintenance

  •  Participation in inspections, warranty follow-ups, and documentation updates

You will also actively work with:

  • Development of management processes

  • Improvement of working methods, systems, and routines

  • Collaboration with operations, landlords, and suppliers

Administrative tasks

You will also be responsible for:

  • Property management

  • Invoice management

  • Access and authorization management

  • Incident reporting

  • Project administration

  • Cost allocation per site and business area

  • System work in:

    • PLANON

    • DMS (drawings)

    • VattenFast

 Qualifications – Required

To be considered for the position, you must have:

  •  At least 10 years of experience in administrative property management

  •  Experience from nuclear power or equivalent process/manufacturing industry

  •  At least a 3-year high school education

  •  Relevant education in administrative property management

Meritorious

  • University degree

  • University education in property, technology, economics, or related field

  • Experience in complex industrial environments and security-classified facilities

Time and extent Assignment period: 2026-01-11 to 2026-12-31 Full-time: 40h/week Location: Stockholm
