Maintenance Coordinator for Södertälje

Job Responsibilities

In the role of maintenance coordinator, your goal is to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance for our terminals in Södertälje and Gävle. You will work both operationally and strategically to plan, coordinate, and develop maintenance work. You will collaborate closely with the terminal manager, operators, and contractors on-site, as well as technical support from the project and maintenance organization in Gothenburg. You will be based at the terminal in Södertälje but will need to be present at the terminal in Gävle as needed. The role also includes on-call duty every 4th week for the terminal in Södertälje.

Examples of job responsibilities

• Perform systematic analysis of input data via our maintenance system Maintmaster
• Establish strategic maintenance plans based on the terminals' needs
• Conduct tank inspections and smaller maintenance projects
• Coordinate work with contractors for both preventive and corrective maintenance
• Provide advisory support on technical issues to the terminal manager and the rest of the organization
• Prepare permits and risk analyses for contractor work
• Ensure that maintenance is carried out according to applicable laws and regulations
• Participate in safety studies and risk analyses

Your Profile

For the role of maintenance coordinator, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and a genuine interest in technology and maintenance work. You thrive with responsibility and work in a structured, efficient, and analytical manner. You are curious, proactive, and driven to achieve results together with colleagues. You are accustomed to administrative work in maintenance systems but also enjoy working operationally in the field when needed.

• Industrial technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience in industrial maintenance, assembly management, and work leadership
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience from the process industry
• Knowledge of tanks, cisterns, and mechanical maintenance
