ValueOne is looking for a Production Planner for one of our clients in the industry located in Norrtälje municipality. The assignment starts by agreement and lasts for 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment.

We offer our clients services in three business areas: rental of purchasing and logistics consultants, recruitment of purchasers and logisticians, and Management Consulting where ValueOne develops our clients' purchasing, logistics, and supply chain regarding strategy, model, method, process, organization, and competence.

About the role

As a production planner, you will be responsible for daily planning and optimizing production to ensure efficient capacity utilization and high delivery reliability. The role involves close collaboration with several functions within the organization, such as sales, production, and management.

• Be responsible for daily operational production planning and establish and continuously revise schedules.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare decision support and scenario planning in case of changed customer orders or production disruptions.
• Ensure correct master data in the business system and actively contribute to process development and system optimization.

Experience and skills

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in production planning or a similar role within the industry, for example as a production administrator. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the role. It is advantageous if you have a post-secondary education, preferably in economics, engineering, or industrial economics.

As a person, you are communicative and have an easy time collaborating with colleagues. You work systematically and carefully according to established processes and routines, while also being flexible and thriving in a dynamic environment where problem-solving is a natural part of everyday life.
