Job Description

Do you have several years of experience in system verification and want to work with advanced technology for the future's combat aircraft systems?
Our client in Järfälla is now looking for a system verification engineer with at least three years of experience who wants to help develop cutting-edge technology.

As a system verification engineer, you will work with the integration and verification of electronic warfare systems for combat aircraft. The work encompasses the entire verification chain – from requirements analysis, where the system's needs are interpreted and broken down, to test design, test execution, and verification in a real target environment. You will also work with troubleshooting, deviation analysis, as well as reporting and documentation of test results.

In the client's verification team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with systems and deepen your knowledge of complex technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with specialists in several technical areas and actively contribute your experience to the team's collective development, both technically and methodologically.

Qualifications

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and have a strong quality mindset. You have the ability to see both details and the big picture and are used to taking responsibility for your work. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a technically complex environment where collaboration is a key factor.

You have experience in the integration and testing of advanced systems and are comfortable working in environments where high demands are placed on traceability, documentation, and quality. You are well-versed in analyzing requirements, translating them into test cases, and executing and following up on tests, both manually and automatically.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least three years of experience working as a verification engineer, system tester, or in system integration.

• Has a university degree in engineering physics, electronics, computer engineering, or equivalent.

• Has good programming skills, for example in Java, Python, C++, or similar languages.

• Has experience in requirements management, test design, test execution, and analysis of test results.

• Is analytical, meticulous, and has a strong interest in how complex systems work.

• Enjoys working both independently and in teams.

• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in signal theory, RF, or microwave technology.

• Experience with tools such as Git, DOORS, or test automation frameworks.

• Certification according to ISTQB Foundation Level or higher.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. For positions where the client requires security classification, this may, in some cases, imply requirements for specific citizenship.
