Maintenance Planner for Consulting Assignment in Stockholm
Assignment Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a maintenance planner for an assignment that starts immediately and is expected to last for approximately 3–6 months. The position is located in the Stockholm area and the assignment is full-time.

Your responsibilities include:

Building a team together with others to review the management of maintenance plans.
Implementing maintenance plans.
Contact and follow-up with the renovation and management side.

About the Client

Our client is one of the larger private property companies in Sweden. They are currently in an exciting phase regarding maintenance planning for BRFs.

Your Background

The role involves many contact points, both externally and internally, which requires good social skills. You appreciate varied workdays and plan independently how the day should be structured.

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant post-secondary education.
At least a few years of work experience in maintenance planning for BRF.
Good and documented knowledge in property technology.

Your assignment takes place at the client company, but you choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by a collective agreement, insurance, and occupational pension.
