We are now looking for experienced consultants for an assignment with a client where you will work on further development, management, and version updates of an HR system based on the Grade platform.

The assignment is suitable for you who have deep experience with Grade and want to work in a role where you combine development, management, and system responsibility in a business-critical environment.

This is a consulting assignment where you work with the client through us.

In this role, you will work on further development and management of an HR system based on Grade. You will participate in both technical work and management depending on your skills, and work closely with the business and the system provider to ensure that the system is developed according to needs.

The role may encompass both development work and management.

• Further development of the system based on the business needs

• Version updates and technical adjustments

• Management and coordination with the provider

• Work with integrations and connections

• Ensure stable operation and functionality

• Collaboration with the business, provider, and IT

• Documentation and follow-up of changes

• Participate in planning future development activities

• Documented experience of working with the Grade system

• Experience with several of the following modules:

  • Grade Analytics

  • Grade Learning

  • Grade Performance

  • Grade Competence

  • Grade Realcruit

  • Grade Pulse

  • Grade Varbi

  • Sync Connector

  • SSO Connector

  • Integrations

• At least 5 years of experience in development in Grade (for developer role)

• At least 3 years of experience as a management leader in Grade (for management role)

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

• Experience working with SaaS solutions

• Experience with HR systems or recruitment systems

• Experience in system management

• Experience in integration work

• Experience working in larger organizations

• Experience in supplier management
