We are now looking for an experienced residential rental agent for a consulting assignment with a public housing company north of Stockholm. Here you will have the opportunity to step into a changing organization where you quickly become a key person in the rental work and contribute with structure, drive, and new perspectives.

The assignment starts immediately, lasts for about 6 months, and may be extended.

In this assignment, you will be an important part of the rental team where the focus is on driving the rental process forward in a phase characterized by change and development. You are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the organization, create structure, and contribute ideas on how the rental work can be streamlined and developed.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Work operationally with the rental of residential properties.
• Drive the rental process from start to finish.
• Communicate with housing applicants and ensure a professional customer dialogue.
• Contribute to the development of work methods and rental strategies.
• Collaborate with internal functions within the organization.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in residential rentals and who is confident in managing the entire rental process from start to finish. If you also have a background in public housing, we consider that an advantage, as well as experience working with Vitec.

You are self-driven and solution-oriented, with a natural drive and ability to take initiative, come up with new ideas, and create progress in your work.

You are communicative, trustworthy, and have a businesslike approach in your interactions with both customers and colleagues.
