About the position

Benning offers advanced uninterruptible power systems that secure the operation of critical processes for users in the Industrial, Energy, and Telecom sectors. The company is part of the Benning Group with its headquarters in Germany, and their Swedish operations are responsible for the Nordic market.

In the role of Tester, you will be responsible for testing and quality assuring customized cabinets that Benning designs and builds on-site. Since each solution is unique, you need to interpret general instructions and apply your electrical engineering skills to address the testing based on specific conditions. You will be part of a close-knit team with two other colleagues, and your immediate supervisor is Benning's Technical Manager. You will be introduced to a welcoming work environment with good training and ongoing support. Responsibilities

In the role of Tester at Benning, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting electrical safety tests.
• Performing functional and connection tests to ensure correct connections.
• Adjusting software and acting as a link to the designers when changes are needed.
• Providing 2nd line technical support both internally and externally.
• Participating in assembly and finalization before delivery.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an education in electrical engineering or similar, either at the high school or post-secondary level
• Has good knowledge of electrical engineering to assess unique test cases
• Is fluent in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in a similar role.
