ABOUT THE POSITION:As a Spare Part Coordinator with our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that spare parts and upgrade kits are correctly defined, available, and updated in the company's systems. You will work closely with engineering departments, logistics, purchasing, and service organizations around the world to ensure that customers receive the correct product data and service information.
This position is suitable for you who have experience in logistics, product data, or configuration management and who thrives in an international environment where structure, analysis, and technology meet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Configure, classify, and maintain spare parts in PLM and ERP systems
- Create and update spare parts lists linked to various machine models and versions
- Develop and administer upgrade kits for machine modifications
- Analyze spare parts consumption and contribute to optimizing inventory and service flows globally
- Participate in digitization and improvement initiatives related to product data and spare parts management
- Collaborate with technical, purchasing, and service functions to ensure correct and up-to-date product configuration
- Have practical experience from industrial logistics, e.g., material planning, inventory management, production logistics, spare parts management, or supply chain
- Feel comfortable working in various business systems
- Have good proficiency in Excel and enjoy working with data and structure
- Are meticulous, methodical, and thrive in a role with many points of contact
- Communicate well in both Swedish and English
- Have Swedish citizenship
This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from our client and our side is that you will eventually be directly employed by the company.
