Team Leader Parking Attendant for Southern Stockholm

Job Information:

We are now looking for a Team Leader Parking Attendant for Southern Stockholm, based at our office in Hallunda - start date as agreed. Working as a team leader at Smart Parkering means that, alongside regular parking supervision, you will hold a leading and coaching role towards other parking attendants. You and your colleagues will monitor our clients' facilities both outdoors and in parking garages with the aim of promoting traffic safety, increasing accessibility, and improving the living environment.

As a team leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Regular parking supervision
• Planning and follow-up with operations and management
• Collaboration with the company's various departments
• Training of new employees
• Quality assurance of parking supervision
• Working for good cohesion in the workgroup and supporting your colleagues in various matters
• Reporting on improvement areas, risks, and other observations
• Booking service/repairs and preparing certain orders

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Furthermore, we expect you to maintain good order and organization, plan and organize your work independently, have a sense of quality, and be loyal and self-sufficient.

As Smart Parkering Sverige AB is a growth company, you will work very closely with management.

The position is full-time, with working hours during the day, evenings, and nights throughout the year.

The position starts with a 6-month probationary period. The work is based at our office in Hallunda, and upon starting employment, you will receive internal training for about two weeks. A police background check will be requested upon hiring. There may also be travel to other locations where we have monitoring assignments.

Salary is based on the collective agreement - Transport Workers' Union.

Qualifications:

• Held a B driver's license for at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Documented experience as a parking attendant or equivalent work is an advantage
• Documented experience of personnel responsibility is an advantage
