About the job

You will work with the processing and investigation of cases related to property taxation for all types of properties across Sweden. This includes analyzing and assessing various types of documentation. Your work will involve contact with individuals and companies, both by collecting additional information via phone, email, and mail, as well as answering questions from customers over the phone and via email.

With the support of laws and regulations, you will assess the documentation, investigate, and make decisions. Some cases are simple and quick, while others are more complex. Therefore, you need to be confident in making decisions and enjoy having customer contact.

Together with your team, you will plan your own workday and manage cases both independently and in collaboration with others. You will work closely with your colleagues, providing and receiving support from each other. You will have flexible working hours, and it is essential for us that you maintain a balance between work and leisure. You will have the opportunity to work partially remotely.

You will belong to a section in the public and property department located in Söderhamn.

About you

In this job, you should:

You should also have:

• a university degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) in economics, law, or another relevant university education for the position, or a completed real estate agent education, or a completed high school education combined with relevant work experience in processing that involved investigative decisions.

It is desirable that you have relevant work experience from real estate agencies, banks, or property companies. Relevant work experience in property valuation is also desirable. Additionally, relevant work experience in processing that involved investigative decisions is preferred.

Good to know

Due to the holiday season during Christmas and New Year, we will have limited ability to respond to inquiries between December 20 and January 6. Interviews are planned to be conducted starting week 3, 2026.

The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
