About the position On behalf of our client, Wrknest is now looking for an administrator for a consulting assignment in the operations and maintenance industry. The role involves a broad administrative responsibility where you will be an important cog in documenting, coordinating, and following up on tasks related to traffic accidents, winter maintenance, and government reporting. You will work in a fast-paced environment with great variation where structure and accuracy are crucial.

The assignment initially spans 1 year.

Your future tasks You will work independently but in close collaboration with the site manager, team leaders, and other colleagues. Your daily tasks include:

• Handling SPVA cases and traffic accidents
• Collecting and documenting data for the Transport Agency
• Booking suppliers for handling traffic accidents
• Monitoring GPS and time reports during the winter period
• Preparing invoicing documentation for customers and suppliers
• Diary management, including digital winter diary
• Updating vehicle registers and material lists
• Inventory of materials and compilation in Excel
• Deficiency management in the GPD system

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative work
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good system familiarity and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in contracting, especially operations and maintenance
• Experience working with the Transport Agency or its contracts
• Experience with BMRS or similar systems in the industry
