Customer Service Representative of World Class for Our Facility in Hofors

Our core business is providing rental and laundry solutions to companies in industries such as manufacturing and workshops. We offer our customers entrance mats, work clothes, protective clothing, shoes, and hygiene concepts, all in a circular flow. In addition to rental solutions, we also offer ancillary services in the form of smart logistics solutions. The facility serves about 4000 delivery addresses in central Sweden and we are over 40 employees.

The Position As a customer service representative, you are a self-driven and engaged person who is passionate about providing service, nurturing our existing customers, and driven by making good business. You will be part of a customer service team consisting of motivated and dedicated colleagues.

More specifically, the position as a customer service representative involves:

• Handling incoming inquiries from customers and providing fantastic service
• Customer visits 
• Renegotiating contracts
• Being a support and service function for all customers of the facility
• Informing customers about all our product areas and news
• Collaboration with sales, production, distribution, and warehouse
• Handling complaints, billing/crediting
• Ongoing administrative tasks such as order management, contract registration, updating price lists, etc.

Our customers should receive the best service and advice and feel satisfied and seen after every contact! It is important that you have the same attitude. You are efficient and can structure your day, are good at expressing yourself in speech and writing, and are a team player. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

What can you offer? For the role of customer service representative, experience in customer contacts and service is a must, and we also see that you have at least a high school education. You have very good computer skills and a driver's license is required for the position. Overnight stays may occur a few times a year in connection with training/customer visits.
